Seeking Students to Promote Campus Wellness and Win Prizes

Please fill out the survey below by identifying a purpose statement (100 words or less) and solution statement (250 words or less) addressing the following prompt:

How can CU Anschutz help support your mental health and well being?

Survey will be open until March 9, 2026. All survey responses are anonymous. First 100 entrants will win a $5 Amazon Gift Card.

Stay tuned for campus-wide voting of ideas. The idea with the most votes at end of voting period will receive a $250 Southwest Airlines Gift Card and will be invited to work with Student Health Promotion Committee to craft their purpose statement and solution statement into presentation to drive change on campus.
